Action Learning

The foundation for all our programmes

Action learning forms the basis of all programmes at Business School Netherlands (BSN). This includes workshops, masterclasses, theme meetings, MBA programmes and doctoral programmes. With this approach we guarantee a high degree of practical applicability of the theory offered and learning from practical problems; you work on real projects within your own organisation.

Far and beyond

We are a Dutch business school with a global reach

Our headquarters is located in the royal town of Buren, the Netherlands, but our programmes extend far beyond our national borders. At Business School Netherlands, you can pursue your studies anywhere in the world, with access to a diverse range of expertise and quality teachers and trainers from around the globe.

Founded in 1988, we have become a global action learning community for leaders, entrepreneurs, and managers.

Worldwide

BSN develops great leaders who...

All programmes at Business School Netherlands are based on the 4 pillars of leadership.

Are responsible

Responsible leadership involves forward-thinking and addressing today’s challenges with an ethical compass. A responsible leader is curious, asks insightful questions, embraces diversity, and practices self-reflection. Resilience and a willingness to learn define this leadership approach.

Initiate change

This pillar emphasises excelling in change management by building trust among stakeholders and fostering teamwork through collaboration. Embracing diverse perspectives creates an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and make a difference.

Make informed decisions

This pillar focuses on making informed decisions by understanding the organization’s context for realistic improvements. Recognizing the urgency for change and creating value requires staying updated on trends. Practical research complements existing knowledge to gain new insights.

Are
results-driven

This pillar emphasises achieving real results and maximizing talent by setting clear goals. Effective leadership requires experimentation, implementing improvements, and making necessary adjustments. Performance management is essential for monitoring results and linking actions to outcomes.
